An artist printed zero dollar bills and distributed the bills at the New York Stock Exchange last October 7. She did this to call attention on the economic situation faced by the United States. I wonder though, has anybody thought of printing some fake 0 peso bills? After all, much of the Philippine money goes to our national debt and some go unaccounted to politicians’ pockets.
