I’m writing this post just to say that the Cebu Pacific Call Center sucks.
To Cebu Pacific people:
Please, if there’s no customer service representative available to answer calls especially LONG DISTANCE CALLS in your call center, do not bombard your callers with ads and advise if there’s no representative available who will answer calls so people do not waste their time and money trying to call your call center.
