This is a Bisaya Ispisyal tshirt and this is one of the best T-shirts that you can buy if you happen to visit bisaya speaking places like Davao and Cebu.

Just seeing and reading the imprinted words on some of the bisayaIspisyal tshirts can really make me laugh. Unfortunately, I believe this funny tshirt is only available in the Philippines.

do they accept orders from cebu. i presume they are expensive.
thats why i am looking for the same in cebu.

I am sorry but I do know some body who prints personalized tshirt in Cebu but I guess, there are plenty, you can even approach a local printing press and ask them whether they can print a particular tshirt design that you like.
