My hubby and I were watching an episode of the TV show House MD when I notice Dr. Gregory House talking about the “Blue Pill”. There are a lot of terminologies used in the TV show that I do not understand particularly the illnesses and the medical processes that the actors and actresses mention about when treating a patient. Nevertheless, I assumed that this blue pill is a pseudonym of something ordinary.

It turns out that the blue pill is a male enhancement pill. It may not necessarily result in penis enlargement such as many think about male enhancement products. Blue pills merely help in increasing the blood circulation which can otherwise result in erectile dysfunction particularly among elderly men.

So why blue pill? Oh simple, I just learned today that the famous “blue pill” from Pfizer is in fact manufactured as a diamond shaped blue colored pill.
