Ever since we had our computer connected to the internet, I have found it difficult not to check my email at least 10 times a day. Yes, I check my emails 10 times a day and the only exception to that is when I am not in the house which seldom happens.

I can survive a day without a PC, but I will be pacing back and forth wondering who could have sent me a message and whether I hit my daily goal for my adsense earnings. Not being able to open my PC in a day is like leaving trade show booths that have been assigned to me.
