People have been going gaga over the reported health benefits of the Mangosteen fruit which happen to be abundant here in Mindanao particularly in Davao City. Of course I already tasted the fruit (duh I even tried drinking the mangosteen pulp juice because somebody told me about mangosteen miracles). I have also tried the tart, the candy and my mother in law has been taking mangosteen capsules but I never heard and nobody told me that there is a so called Fresh Mangosteen Eau De Parfum.

Strawberrynet currently sells the Fresh Mangosteen Eau De Parfum at US$ 81.00 (wow, that’s more than three thousand pesos!). Thankfully, it seems that the perfume isn’t as purple as the pure mangosteen juice because it only contains a “refined interpretation of mangosteen fruit”.

I wonder how this mangosteen scent really smells.
