Getting Home Ideas

2 January 2008 1 views by: rhodilee One Comment

I have mentioned in my last blog post for 2007 that we will have our house renovated this year. Jenkins, my hubby, has already talked with one of his classmates whose family owns a contractor company and who happens to have an architect-sibling. We will be visiting or perhaps be having an appointment with the architect anytime this January.

I have been scouring online to find photos of an ideal house exterior and interior so hubby and I can show the architect the type of house design that we wanted. Unfortunately, I find it difficult to find the right designs. I was therefore overwhelmed while I was checking a site that provides upscale vacation home rentals for people on a vacation. The site shows an image gallery of vacation home rentals which just fit the kind of house design that hubby and I have always wanted to have. Check these out:

Tremblant

I love the woods and the simplicity of the kitchen

Living in a wooden house is perfect!

We will not be copying the concepts and designs though because we want to have a unique house design of our own but these pics will surely be helpful so the person who will be designing our house will have an idea what we really want our house to look like.
