My son Kulay’s birthday falls on October 30 and since it is only a day ahead of Halloween, my hubby and I made it a point that Kulay will have a halloween party celebration each year. It is one of those few times that cute little kids wear frightening and evil costumes, hehhee. We were able to buy our son’s costume for less than 250 pesos (around 7 dollars) in SM.
