I made a promise to my friend Emily Cuerbo, a Harry Potter fan, that I will make a post about Harry Potter or JK Rowling as my way of thanking her for sponsoring my blog for the 2007 blogathon. She will be sending her sponsorhip this week. She already sent her sponsorhip, thank you ate em!

I am not sure if I can still come up with some trivia that are new to her but I just learned something “new” while surfing the web:

Rowling finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on January 11, 2007 in the Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh, Scotland. She scrawled a message on the marble bust of Hermes in her room with the words “JK Rowling finished writing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in this room (652) on 11th Jan 2007”.
