On camera and photography workshops

I bought my new digicam last December as a replacement for our old digital camera that we can no longer use. It is quite difficult to “document” important events and of course the growth and development of our son without having a reliable camera. Hubby and I are both using camera phones but the images taken by these camphones are terrible.

I have been fascinated by my new Sony T20, a point and shoot 8MP digital camera that I have been searching for photography tips and tricks online. So far, I appreciate the shots that I have made with the camera. I have already been looking for photography workshops that are available locally but it seems getting into such workshops is more difficult than choosing from a number of home insurance quotes. I have seen one ad for a local photography workshop but it is actually a workshop for editing photos and not for taking photos.

If there is a digital photography enthusiast is reading this post and knows of an upcoming photography workshop here in Davao, please do inform me. Here are some samples of the (unedited) photos I have taken with my Sony t20 point and shot camera: Eden Nature Park: Quick Escape from the City
