I have been experiencing extra ordinarily slow internet connection with Smart bro since yesteray but it is actually worse today I cannot even write a good blog post because it takes years before a page loads.
I wonder if it is just me because of some growing coconut trees at the back of our house or is there a problem with Smart broadband?

How are you? I noticed gumaganda ang yung website. I need to create my own website, I want to write sometimes. Sorry about a slow smartbro. I think it happens sometimes to all internet connection providers. I heard my problema din daw ang CDMA ng Globe wireless broadband. We notice new inventions & innovations every year, high tech amenities is available to us but nothing is perfect yet.

Im currently using smartbro, base on my obseravation, ive noticed that smartbro internet connection can be good when you are updated to pay the bill but when you have a balance you will notice that your internet connection becomes slower and sometime you have experience a no internet connection.
It takes forever to load the website it is so slooow or is it just many customers for SMARTBRO

Four straight days calling their hotline *1888 all they can say is please monitor within 24 hours our support group and tech will get on to it. W***t**f*** how many subscribers of smart here in the philippines that they can’t even change they’re f***ing machines for their base stations.

it really sucks the brain out of me! it’s been 3 months of no internet, then when I came along smartbro center to ask for a 1 month refund, the customer care representative reacted at me on why I took so long to follow-up, at the back of my mind i was saying SHIT!, anyways I’ll won’t get back the refund because there’s so many process to go, actually the internet connection does not belong to me it was named to somebody else, but im the one paying for it. the person can nowhere to be contacted. finally ive shifted to a dsl service which is pldt mydsl plan 990, comes free with a phone.
3 months of no internet?!!!!! We experienced having no internet connection for about a month because of SMART technical problems and I personally pestered the smartbro support everyday hehehhe. Our refund was also not worth it because around 2 hundred lang ata ang nirefund nila.
Naku peste talaga ang smartbro! alam nyo saan kayo nakakita ng 30kbps ang speed talo pa ng dial up connection na nasa 50kbps.. Nakakabuwisit pa is nagbabayad ka ng tama tapos hindi naman sulit dahil yung up to 384kbps na promise nila ehh walang kwenta! Ilang days na ako sa sobrang bagal no connection kapag tatawag naman ako sa hotline nila all they can say is just WAIT for the feedback of technical support within 24 hours. Peste! ni hindi ako naka receive ng feedback ni minsan sa loob ng 24 oras kaya nag follow up ulit ako at eto pa nung tumawag ako ayun ulit anohh walang katapusan na tanong anong system requirements ko ano ba operating system ko? at lahat na ata eh tinanong ng paulit ulit kabuwisit lang talaga!! eh ang point ko is so slow connection not my the operating system or my own pc kasi mabilis naman ang problem is yung connection ng smartbro! tapos sisihin nila yung computer ko kasi baka daw mabagal?? helloo????mabilis ang computer ko ever since! At eto pa guys naloka ako dahil need ko daw ireformat ang pc kasi daw baka may virus???hayyy buwisit talaga alam ba nila it takes time to reformat at the same time i have project na kelangan ko matapos so kung uunahin ko mag reformat baka di ako umabot sa deadlines ko!! buwisit lahat nalang dinahilan nila..i have good anti virus and updated daily and make full scan and no virus found on my system!! walang hiya talaga! kapag natapos lang ang lock in period ko mapapalit nako ng intenet provider!! MGA WALANG ENTA NA SERVICE!!

Grabeh talaga ang smart na yan palagi nalang slow connection everyday. Nakakasawa na tumawag sa hotline kasi paulit-ulit nalang ang tanong, im very disappointed sa service ng smart. Diko alam san nila dinandala yung binabayad ko monthly! wala na bang improvements? Im just waiting for my lock-in period na matapos then i have to change na my ISP. Sayang lang ang pera ko. Krisis pa naman.

DISAPPOINTING TALAGA !!! I have been trying to connect, reconnect and get disconnected automatically, since yesterday, I have wasted almost 300 pesos !!! I called Smart they told me that they have to reconfigure my modem, WTF … I just bought my modem last Thursday !!!
smartbro had already improved their connection speed.. and their have been alot of changes that they had introduced.. infairness with it, i am contented with its improving system for the benefit of the subscribers..

1st choice – PLDT -pero d na daw kaya nang cables nila something about the bandwidth
2nd choice – globe – pero napakalayo namin sa base station and wala silang lines sa place namin
3rd choice SMART – and i’m doomed
nakaka2months pa lang ako…. and i have no other choice since yung pldt sabi nila nung nagpapa install ako nang dsl d na daw kaya nang cables nila.. something about bandwidth..
