I have previously blogged at cantalktech that I received a notification in my paypal dashboard to upgrade my paypal account. Yesterday, I received a comment from a fellow blogger asking me whether I have upgraded my paypal account to a premium account and whether I have paypal transactions that were suspended while I was processing the upgrade.

Unfortunately, I did not upgrade my paypal personal account yet because I am not yet familiar with all the technicalities and payments of having a paypal premium account. Besides, I believe that the paypal premium account is actually a merchant account that is best suited for people who do real business online (people selling on ebay, companies that receive and pay online, etc.). Nevertheless, since I receive most of my online jobs payments via paypal, I might be forced to upgrade to a premium account in the future.
