Aside from the fact that my charity for blogathon 2007 needs to receive donation online, I decided to blog for Children’s Hour because the charity supports programs and organizations that cater to the needs of less fortunate Filipino children. Children are the hope of the Philippines and unless we help the less fortunate Filipino children live a better life, we will have to trod through a dim future.

What is Children’s Hour?

Children’s Hour Philippines is a fundraising campaign that calls on people to donate at least 1 hour worth of their salary of profit to support programs for the less fortunate Filipino children. The campaign has already supported several non profit organizations and hospitals in the Philippines. The beneficiary institutions are actually involved in programs that help in improving the lives of Filipino children by providing

Education
Shelter
Rehabilitation
health, nutrition and
medical supplies and services
